Interiorisme &#38;amp; Estilisme


Als peus de la Serra del Montsant, es troba Cabacés, on al família Miró Cubells, porta més de 10 generacions cuidant de les seves oliveres mil·lenàries, en aquest enclavament del Priorat.


Saó estudi ha tingut l’oportunitat de col·laborar mà a mà amb la família Miró Cubells, per crear l'experiència escenogràfica i sensitiva que ofereixen als seus clients.
 Des de dissenyar l’espai fins a les ceràmiques de la cata d’oli. 


La TOPOFILIA és el concepte recurrent i eix conductor pel desenvolupament del projecte. Donant importància a l’amor de les persones amb l’entorn i l’espai. Reforçant l'experiència, perquè aquesta mai està separada de l’ambient i els objectes que l’habiten.

	El diseño de interiores gira al concepto de la TOPOFILIA entendido como teoría de lugar, es decir en las manifestaciones especificas del amor y experiencias humanas del lugar. El apego que siente el agricultor por sus tierras y sus olivos, es la belleza que se quería transmitir en el espacio.
	

L’esporti, utensili d’espart que s’utilitza per premsar les olives, ha estat la base de la inspiració per cobrir el sostre d’aquesta sala, amb la intenció d’acollir-te i submergir-te en l'experiència del tast de l'oli.

S'ha tingut en compte la importància de la cuina i la llar de foc en la cultura de camp, tenint en compte que antigament la cuina era un espai eminentment domèstic i primordial de la casa.

La llar de foc era el centre vital on es reunia habitualment la gent de la casa: els vells, els grans, els joves, els nens i on sorgien els moments de reunió i es transmetia la cultura. L'estilisme és un detall important a l'hora de vestir l'ambient. Ja que ens pot reforçar els valors del projecte. Per explicar, per sentir i transformar l’espai.

La denominada gastrofísica demostra les maneres en què processem i relacionem la informació que s'estableix entre el que mengem, com ho mengem i les respostes que produïm i percebem els éssers humans a través de cadascun dels sentits (olfacte, gust, oïda, vista i tacte), com interactuen i que la combinació dels sentits genera una nova manera de percebre.


	A partir d'aquesta filosofia s’ha dissenyat unes peces ceràmiques amb la intenció de fer prestar l'atenció al comensal de l'origen del producte a través del plat en què se serveix. Aportant així,&#38;nbsp; el valor afegit que es produeix des de la seva producció fins a l'última interacció alimentària que té el comensal amb el l’oli.

Cada vegada enyoro més la superfície tàctil en el meu entorn quotidià, ja sigui per la falta de contacte  humà o per la creixent quantitat de temps que passo darrere d’una pantalla. 
Formes simples per  a explorar el disseny. Ens oblidem de les formes complexes per a combinar les línies rectes amb un cercle.

Des d’un inici, la intenció va ser dissenyar una rajola de petit format. La idea era que una sola peça passés desapercebuda, però que un conjunt d’elles pogués crear projectes únics i totalment personalitzats.

En l’espai per al nou 
disseny del grup Arrusé, la idea de “Limoon Platitos” busca desenvolupar un lloc on ens puguem sentir com&#38;nbsp; Mediterranis, oferint plats de “tapes” i sent la paella el plat estrella.

Es requeria la creació d’una identitat espacial nova i fàcilment recognoscible que pogués aplicar-se i repetir-se en altres llocs. La missió principal del disseny d’interiors per al restaurant era transmetre el concepte de marca i a partir d’aquí aportar solucions de disseny i arquitectura per a transmetre el missatge de la idea a l’establiment en la seva dimensió física.

Pretén consolidar la imatge corporativa de la nova marca, basada en un disseny fresc, alegre i dinàmic. Que evoca elements dels valors i la filosofia del grup i amb orígens mediterranis i respira la contemporaneïtat de la ciutat de Barcelona.
